To add this calendar to your Google account, click on the icon in the lower right that says "+ Google Calendar".
To add this calendar to your Google account, click on the "+ Google Calendar" icon above. Here ^^^^^^^
This will allow you to access it as one of "your" calendars from any device when signed into google, or using any calendar program that you may use that accesses Google calendar.
